Kate Ross
Founder
Kate is an experienced development operations manager with over 15 years service at Winchester College, where she played a key role in supporting a high‑performing development and alumni relations team. Her work spans donor stewardship, database administration and the smooth implementation and running of complex development operations, bringing structure, reliability and warmth to every interaction.
She was head of events, organising both UK and overseas events for the major donor groups. Kate was also responsible for all financial reporting across the department, supporting fundraising initiatives that generated over £120 million in philanthropic donations.
Kate supports organisations across the education and charity sectors with administrative excellence, stakeholder care, and operational continuity. Known for her calm professionalism and meticulous attention to detail, she helps teams stay organised, responsive and focused on what matters most: building strong, lasting relationships with their communities.
Donna Hale
Founder
Donna is an experienced systems and research specialist with more than 20 years working at the heart of Winchester College’s highly successful development team. Over two decades, she became a trusted lead on CRM transformation, managing fully integrated ToucanTech and Raiser's Edge projects, delivering new digital systems, and driving process improvements that strengthened collaboration across departments.
Her expertise spans donor prospect research, due diligence and AML compliance, and the development of robust data management, and practices that supported both UK and international fundraising. During her time at Winchester, Donna’s work supported the fundraising team in securing over £120 million in philanthropic support, underpinned by her methodical approach, attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality data.
Known for her integrity, detailed and calm, solutions‑focused approach, Donna brings a blend of technical expertise and sector insight. She partners with teams to help streamline systems, strengthen stakeholder relationships and build data‑driven strategies that deliver meaningful, long‑term impact.
